Return & Refund Policy

Whatsboxx will accept a 90-day return and refund due to quality issues. If there is something wrong with the quality of the doll and accessories, you can contact our customer service for help.

Either you want to have a compensation or return all of the things you purchased with a receipt, you can directly send emails to us or contact us at any time. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly take it back within 90 days. We will try our best to do a good after-sales service for you.

Note: After you get the tracking number of the return, please contact our customer service and send the tracking number to us, so that we can keep our eyes on the package and as soon as our warehouse receives the package and checks it, we will refund all of your money back to your account.

Return postage fees: 

Condition 1: If there is something wrong with the doll due to the quality issue, we (seller) will pay for the postage fees of the return. 

Condition 2: If you want to return the doll just for your own taste, you (buyer) should pay for the postage fees of the return.
